An apartment in the heart of Marseille
The Canebière Apartment is a 108 m² flat in the heart of Marseille (13001), a stone’s throw from the Canebière and the Vieux-Port, sleeping 6 guests. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a terrace with sea views. Booked direct with Denis, it comes with our best price guaranteed.
Here, light is part of the stay. The white living room opens onto marble floors that stay cool through the morning, and the dining room is bathed in daylight thanks to its large window, looking out over the pines and the neighbouring buildings. We wanted a simple, calming interior where you feel at home straight away.
The balcony is our favourite spot: the sea can be glimpsed between the white buildings, with the sound of gulls overhead, and the Vieux-Port is just a few minutes’ walk downhill. In the evening, we love coming back to a quieter city, a short stroll from the buzz of the Canebière, before the calm of the night.

Where is the apartment, and how do I get there on foot?
The apartment is in the heart of Marseille, in the Canebière area (13001). The Vieux-Port is a 6-minute walk away, and Notre-Dame de la Garde is about 15 minutes by bike.
How many people can sleep in the apartment?
The flat sleeps 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a large queen-size bed and a double bed. Please let us know the make-up of your group when you book.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm, and check-out is before 10 am.
How does arrival work?
We welcome you, or check in on your own with the key box (code sent before you arrive).
Is bed linen provided?
Yes, household linen is provided for the full length of your stay.
Is cleaning included in the price?
The end-of-stay clean, 60 €, is compulsory and is added to the price of your stay. Optional extras are also available: bed linen & towels (15 € / person).
How does the deposit work?
A deposit of 400 € is required as a card pre-authorisation. It is released 3 days after your departure.
How do payment and the balance work?
An advance of 30 of the price is paid at booking. The balance is then taken automatically 30 days before your arrival.
